CRASHED AND HASNT COME BACK

It has been over 2years since I have played my most favourite game {at the time}. I put HUNNNNNDREDS OF $ into the game had so many things completed tons of animals, buildings babies. I get so upset when I think of how far I was and how many hours I put into it. I tried everything to try and get it back and nothing. PLEASE DO WHAT YOU CAN TO GET IT BACK FOR ME SO IT CAN BECOME MY MOST FAVOURITE GAME AGAIN. Why do the games get to the point where they wont load anymore? Its happened to other games I have to.
